經筋瑜珈是我上過最有效果的課程,不需要蹦蹦跳跳就能讓人汗流浹背。在這裡,流汗不是為了滿足大汗淋漓的爽快,而是排出堆積在脾臟的溼氣。站上經筋棒,痛,而且很痛,可卻是身體最誠實的反應,也是我們最誠心面對自己的機會。我們有多虐待身體,身體就有多勞損;身體有多勞損;我們就有多痛。但,上經筋瑜珈的痛是恩典,給我們修復身體、重拾健康的機會。只要持續鍛鍊,我不擔心老了必須換膝關節或者其他可怖的疾病。

過去靠運動、看中醫調理,身體狀況一直無法改善。尤其去年腰椎間盤突出後,雖然經復健治療搭配中醫針灸及核心訓練運動,已從走路困難恢復到行動自如,但腿部仍會不適(微麻及不時抽痛),最近幾個月臉部氣色更是越變暗沉、常冒痘痘、睡眠品質變差引響情緒,儘管運動後收操放鬆,身體仍是緊繃,靠中藥調理身體代謝情形也未獲改善,整體而言身體及情緒是每況愈下。 目前接觸經筋瑜珈一個月,每週兩天課程,平時在家做些功課,身體已有明顯在改變,便祕狀況及睡眠品質都有改善,氣色更是變亮了。但真正意外的是以前腳踝舊傷回來了! 準確地說,是舊傷從未癒合,只是被時間封存在筋膜肌肉底層,被忽視久了而給遺忘了,我甚至都忘記這個傷時何年何月如何發生都忘了,而在經筋瑜珈棒的催化下,身體內層的舊傷開始被喚醒,向主人呼喊:你還記得當初的傷痛嗎? 原來,身體的感覺是有記憶的,雖然腦袋認知可能不記得當年發生甚麼事(或許只是走路拐到這種小事不足以牢記),但身體感知對於腳踝位置的疼痛感仍然記得,現在的疼痛讓我想起曾經的疼痛,應證老師說的,修護健康如同剝洋蔥,一層一層的將過去的勞損給撥開,過程會再痛一次,或許會有淚水,但相信換來的結果會是明亮的氣色與人生! 感謝老師們不吝分享經驗,上課也不厭其煩的重複講解每個動作環節、背後的道理、其他身體部位連帶關係等等,幾乎像是培訓專業人員般的課程,非常受用!

Although the brain may not remember what happened in the past (perhaps just walking and turning this small thing is not enough to remember), the body perception still remembers the pain of the ankle position. The current pain makes I remembered the pain that I had experienced. According to the teacher Yingzheng, repairing health is like peeling an onion, layer by layer to remove the strain from the past, the process will be painful again, there may be tears, but I believe that the result will be bright.
