★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 買麵包服務人員推銷加購產品，於是付錢加購了布丁，回到家後發現布丁居然沒有放進去，當下感到非常憤怒，為了拿回布丁，還要再浪費時間跑一趟美麗華，我必須再花時間、車錢、（若是開車還要再付停車費）怎不叫客人生氣呢？到了現場連一句抱歉也沒有，這是什麼樣的員工訓練？
The bakery service staff promoted the add-on products, so I paid for the add-on pudding. When I got home, I found that the pudding didn’t go in. I was very angry at the moment. Spending more time, money, and (if you are driving, you have to pay for parking) why not make the guests angry? When I arrived at the scene, I didn't even say sorry. What kind of employee training is this?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 雖然個人經常利用岩島城美麗華店，但是店內的工作人員包括製作麵包（可能會需要發出較大聲音）或是整理托盤（應該不需要發出較大的聲音）的時候，似乎是因為對公司的不滿，因而給消費者不愉快的購買經驗，就算麵包再好吃，去店內購買時候，還是會覺得有點恐怖。
我知道因為這一間生意很好，就算反應意見，要改善的可能性也不高，但是還是提供給大家參考吧。
Although individuals often use the Miramar store in Rock Island City, when the staff in the store include making bread (may need to make a loud noise) or arranging trays (it should not need to make a loud noise), it seems that it is because of the company Dissatisfaction, thus giving consumers an unpleasant buying experience, even if the bread is delicious, it will still feel a little scary when going to the store to buy.
I know that because this business is very good, even if there is feedback, the possibility of improvement is not high, but I still provide it for everyone's reference.

給女生結帳，很不甘願，麵包要求要切四塊，拿去後面切，麵包用丟的，切完變照片這樣，其它麵包也沒裝好
之前購買一樣的麵包切四塊也不會這樣
收銀小姐要是這麼不甘願，工作讓他這麼痛苦，可以回家吧，客人沒有欠你錢，不需要這樣對待客人吧
