2018 updae: no more restroom deodorant smell, but the carpet at the entrance stinks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cannot be trusted. Despite repeated reminders and visits, staff would not provide a receipt for renting a room. Visited them in-person several times and they said they would call when it was ready. They never did. Where did the money go? This kind of business operation and customer service is unacceptable and should be illegal.
