大家評價真的很真實呢!呵呵? 客服小姐說已通知司機收貨,也跟我們約好時間,卻讓人等了快一小時司機才到達收件,而且客服小姐態度極差之外溝通也很有問題,建議不要輕易聯絡客服,完全不會想跟這樣的公司合作,偏偏我們是倒霉的第三方,不得已被迫使用,完全不如lalamove、黑貓、郵局。

己經使用這家快遞近20年了,一直以來客服專業度跟外務的服務都很好,而且持續有在優化進步,不像某些業者只是平台媒合外務,一發生問題完全找不到客服,還是要能找的到客服協處理才比較安心,疫情時代很需要這樣的快遞來幫忙處理工作及生活的大小事,推一個!

看到大家的評論我也心有戚戚焉,幾乎每個人打的狀況都遇過。 司機態度差、收件很慢,急件跟一般件速度一樣(很急的話真的還是用lala吧!),好幾次叫件都過超久才來取件,只要收件人沒接到電話就馬上閃了,要再過去收件又要再收一次錢,真的是有夠傻眼! 這真的是超爛的快遞公司,客服態度也真的都很差。 不知道為什麼會有一家公司都不改進的,但還是經營得下去。

Lalamove 收$160保証一小時內送達。 郵局$80時效與全球相當。 打電話投訴整個鬼打牆! 之前客戶投訴主管有位姓蔡的女生據說離職。 所以現在是沒有投訴部門主管的是嗎?要求主管來電,整個人神隱,來了一個業務部號稱姓吳的先生,他給顧客的回復是說: 我們在首頁有公告會延遲啊~ 我們第二頁承諾的送達時間那個是系統固定,沒辦法改呀⋯ 那你可以不要叫我們的服務啊⋯ 我如果知道你們會延遲那麼久的時間, 我當然不會用啊! 問題你們有通知過顧客嗎? 我應該依據你第一頁的公告,還是第二頁下單告知的送達時間作為你們的服務標準呢? 如果是法律文件,延遲的造成的損失你們誰要出來賠? 還有那個什麼姓吳的業務部的先生,麻煩這個人先去受點培訓再給顧客打電話好嗎? 本來只有3分火?聽他說話可以搞成十足? 你們要這種人去代表你們公司嗎? 簡直大笑話!
