★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 電話諮詢客服相當不專業，不僅沒有處理好客戶，還掛客戶電話。事後告知主管處理，也沒有下文回電。在全球有32間分公司的品牌竟然處理客戶如此草率，真是大開眼界。
Telephone consultation customer service is quite unprofessional, not only does it not handle customers well, but also hangs up customer calls.
