人員素質差（欲購買庫存出清商品，竟回答，我不知道商品放在哪裡！）
今日事件：購買日用商品5/28通知可取貨，6/3至現場取貨（日用商品保留一週，且不含日一，尚未超過一個禮拜），人員告知，商品要下週一才能拿，請我下週一再去領取，已先將我訂購的商品賣予他人，讓人白跑一趟似乎理所當然，只好於6/7（週二）再次前往，竟然告知，我太晚取貨了，已經沒有了！我告知是你們人員請我6/6前來取貨，我6/7不能取？人員竟回答：我不知道啊！我不知道星期一會來啊！是誰跟你講的？旁邊的員工才解釋，本來有說星期一要到，但沒來，如果有來我們會發通知！
所以，白跑了兩趟，然後花了時間等候，人員素質回答有夠巧妙，不知道商品在哪？不知道商品什麼狀況？這些都是客人的問題嗎？等候時間長，員工都在聊天嬉鬧無視冗長的人群！
從你們在大墩七街就開始購買，以前也是人很多，等候時間長，但明顯感覺員工努力消耗人群，老板也是盡量幫忙取貨，等待是可以體諒的！也非常感謝創立這個團購網讓附近的居民取貨方便！
但是老闆，現在生意越做越大，人力也增加了不少，但怎麼比以往更沒效率了呢？人員的服務態度及素質是否該改進一下？創業及維持商譽都不容易，真心希望老闆可以看一下評論，聽聽這些聲音而有所改善！
