★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We arrived at restaurant and were about to be seated for dinner on Nov. 2nd by a female staff. Then all of the sudden, a male staff at front jumped in and refused our entry, stating it's all fully booked. Why would we be about to be seated if it were all fully booked at first place? There were 5 empty tables right in front of us. Very unprofessional service and attitude. For a restaurant that's under 王品企業集團，this is very disappointing and clearly the male staff does not process the skillto be in the service industry, and should be reviewed. There is plenty of hot pot restaurants in this area, would NOT recommend this one.

The location is convenient and inside the place is pretty spacious.
Good portion of food and meat :)
