大約有3個工作人員在沒有戴口罩及帽子的情況下在沾巧克力製作甜筒，邊做邊聊天！口水都不知道噴多少進去了，但因為已經買單了才排隊也沒辦法不買。
因為生意太好，冰淇淋機來不及製作的出來那麼大的量，到我們時稍微等一下這是OK的，但是妳拿這甜筒邊等冰淇淋機邊和同事聊天等一下要吃鹹酥雞！邊晃邊講話聊天真的很令人反感！！誰想吃妳們的口水阿！
因為冰淇淋不夠冰，拿到的冰淇淋都很軟很快化掉，這個是世界名牌巧克力公司該有的品質？？！！及員工教育？

Because the business is so good, the ice cream maker ca n’t produce so much volume. It ’s OK to wait a little while, but you take this cone while waiting for the ice cream maker to chat with colleagues while waiting for salty crispy chicken! Speaking and chatting while shaking is really offensive! !! Who wants to eat your saliva!
Because the ice cream is not enough, the ice cream is soft and quickly melted. This is the quality that the world famous chocolate company should have? ? !! !! And employee education?

忠孝復興駅2番出口直結のそごう復興館 地下3階にあります。
店舗は小さくソフトクリームやドリンクの販売もなくイートインスペースもありません。
台湾ではバレンタインデーにチョコを送る文化はあまりないですが当日は売り切れ商品が多くお客さんが多かったです。
味のわりに値段は高いです。
ブランド好きで優越感に浸りたい人向けでしょう。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today is buy one get one free for cones. So by the time me and my friend arrived at around 9 pm, there was already a long long line ahead of us. We knew it was gonna take a while, but we didn’t expect to finally get our order at 10:30. We had literally been waiting in line for more than an hour. During the process, the ice cream machine’s cooler broke down or whatever, and the young ladies behind the counter were trying to fix it with a screwdriver.? Anyway, all I’m trying to say here is I really appreciate those employees best effort to service, and make sure that the customers are comfortable enough in the waiting line. They kept checking back with us, and gave us update information on the orders, and even handed out free chocolate pieces when the making process was halted due to the machine’s malfunctioning. So all in all, I’m really impressed by them not losing their professionalism since it had gone overtime when the line was still long. So good for them!
