本身住嘉義,因近日保養預約不到合適的時間,故到台南新營門市做保養。大推維修技師人員Win Wu ;相當有耐心且親切為車主說明車子的狀況。買車三年多以來,還第一次遇到這麼有服務熱忱且態度和善的技師,是以往在台北、嘉義各門市都比不上的。

The maintenance technician Win Wu is a big push; he is very patient and kind to explain the condition of the car to the owner. 前幾天保養就告知車子騎乘時後方有異音,後來保養結束說煞車那邊有東西要換(忘記煞車皮還是什麼),結果異音一樣存在,過了幾天異音更大聲了⋯⋯ 今天在騎過去門市,技師把車子牽出來架中凸,催油門給我們看說沒聲音,我告知技師架起來沒聲音,是騎乘中有聲音….. 結果那個技師也沒試,直接跟我說,像他們自己的車也常常有異音找不出原因,騎一陣子就沒事了⋯⋯ 我告知技師上次保養就有講了,結果換完東西更大聲.. 沒按煞車正常騎乘,竟發出鐵的摩擦聲,然後叫我們騎一陣子應該就好了,打發我們走…. 那個技師,我就想問…. 騎一陣子就沒聲音是殺小朋友? 騙三歲小孩?

新營店的服務真的沒話講,前幾天車子完全無法啟動,透過客服聯絡拖吊業者,第一次居然是要把我拖到嘉義,問題明明新營店離我家比較近啊…拒絕了她,隔天直接到新營門市,當時因為假日上班技師只有一個人,技師告知也無法外出幫忙救援!最快星期一或星期二聯絡,於是留下地址、車牌、電話,星期一上班時間就有技師打電話聯絡了,告知因為我的車還在保固內,可以直接客服聯絡拖吊業者,(我也有告知前幾天有打過客服拖吊是要拖吊嘉義),這次聯絡客服更是誇張,說我們這個區域拖吊式排除在外的區域要另外加費,1500+900。問號❓那要你保固幹嘛?而且不是什麼很奇怪的偏遠山區,拖吊還要客戶自付2400!總之讓我覺得客服中心真的很爛,而且售後服務真的極差,感覺非常不好!最終還是直接去新營店告知客服的做法,於是技師還是直接騎了一台車到我家跟我換,把我的喚醒騎回門市修理,真正解決了這問題。(忘記問技師的名字,只知道雙手有刺青、服務真的很好)!

Question mark❓Why do you want your warranty? And it's not a very strange remote mountainous area, and the tow truck has to pay 2400 for the customer! In short, it makes me feel that the customer service center is really bad, and the after-sales service is really bad, I feel very bad! In the end, I went directly to the Xinying store to inform the customer service, so the technician directly rode a car to my house to replace it with me, and took my wake-up back to the store for repair, which really solved the problem. (Forgot to ask the technician's name, only know that the hands are tattooed and the service is really good)!
