#1 Candy was a nice sales person, but my husband and I wanted to take more time to talk before we bought the VivaMix. When we decided to buy it the next day, Candy wasn't there so she asked her manager to help close the sale. While waiting for the manager, there was another salesperson there who was pretty rude to us when we asked specific questions about the difference in chain vs band models, and at one point this lady said, "I don't know, because I'm not a mechanic, I'm a sales person." I feel sales people should definitely know the ends and outs of the products they're selling. She was not very friendly. #2 I got my scooter a week later and needed to go to the location near the train station to pick it up. The lady who handed it off to us was good at explaining the scooter, but with the lighting in the room it was hard to see any flaws. It wasn't until 4 days after I got the scooter I noticed under the sticker on the display screen it was badly scratched. This is unacceptable for a BRAND NEW scooter. When we complained to Candy, she said there is nothing she can do without the "evidence" that there was a sticker in the first place. I lost the sticker. I have scratches on the display screen that were there when purchased. I didn't notice them more clearly until after I removed the sticker four days later. Customer service is horrible. Once the sale is made, any problems are not the salesperson's problems anymore. If you buy a Gogoro, inspect EVERY part of it before driving it out of the store or else the damage will blamed on your doing. The worst part is not the small scratches on the screen, but not being believed that Gogoro could sell a scooter with flaws.. This company is definitely not concerned with making the customer happy.

Great experience here getting my girlfriend a scooter, the test drives and explanations are amazing. Plus my friend Jason works here, he's really cool you should gogo get a gogoro from him.
