★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 12月底中柱斷裂,APP預約更換(有在備註欄特別說明要換中柱),去到服務中心現場技師一臉茫然完全不清楚我要幹嘛?!真不知道預約時寫了一堆說明到底要幹嘛,反正技師也沒再看的樣子。
當下沒有備料可更換,可以理解畢竟是當日預約,後續請技師幫忙訂料,技師回覆1月6日才能跟公司確認有無貨可訂。
然後就是望穿秋水的無盡等待,完全沒消沒息,就算是訂不到貨也應該通知一聲吧?不然當初留電話是留身體健康的嗎?
最搞笑的是,上周經過別的門市隨口問問,居然有現貨可以當場更換(而且還說這種基本材料怎麼會沒有備,叫料也不用很久),我想汐止服務中心應該是不屑服務我這個小小消費者。

When I went to the service center, the on-site technician looked blank and didn't know what I wanted to do. ! I really don't know what to do when I wrote a bunch of instructions when I made an appointment. Anyway, the technician didn't look at it anymore.
There is no material to replace at the moment. It is understandable that after all, it is an appointment on the same day. Afterwards, please ask the technician to help you order the material. The technician will reply on January 6th to confirm with the company whether there is any stock available.
Then there is the endless wait looking through the autumn water, there is no news at all, even if the order is not available, should you let me know? Otherwise, was it healthy to stay on the phone in the first place?
The funniest thing is that I passed through other stores last week and asked casually, but there are actually available stock that can be replaced on the spot (and also said that this basic material is not prepared, and it does not take long to order materials), I think Xizhi Service Center should be disdainful. I am a small consumer.
