大家務必謹慎使用這個平台,東西如果沒有順利寄達下場一切都是消費者自理,完全沒保障。 到底東西是被丟了~還是被拿去哪裡~完全不得而知~ 因為完全無法到客服單方面提供訊息的關鍵人物 用過那麼多家快遞(包含公司快遞、私人快遞等等⋯⋯) 第一次遇到東西寄丟了真的完全不負責! 要拿回簽單給收件客戶證實東西確實有寄達,要和代收人直接確認,也完全無法舉證(因為完全沒有簽收單) 當下收件人無法收件,東西直接給櫃檯所謂不知道哪來的管理人然後電話通知寄件人後就覺得事情已經有做完 但收件人去找件時,根本找不到所謂的代收人,也都聲稱無此件,需請快遞提供簽收單才能細查 但客服不停說沒有簽收單,只是不停要求你自行和收件人協調, 也一口咬定東西有寄達,再次要求請收件人自行去完全找不到哪來的靈魂人物代收人協調。 最後客服訊息完全已讀不回和不讀不回, 已經說需要簽收單和收件客戶解釋確實沒讓他白忙,但客服最後就是不讀不回不理會了, 一概貨品損失和信用,感受到的就是單方面甩鍋寄件人自行處理。 想請問,快遞都去兩趟 都說找得到那位代收人了,請他再補簽個名確認有收到,讓寄件人提供簽收單再去向收件人致歉 害收件人白跑三趟找件有那麼難嗎? 找不到的靈魂人物 沒有回簽的快遞 消失的近千元禮盒 已讀不回的客服 這家公司客服處理方式簡直太神奇了!!
