Clean and comfortable VIP beach room with a Jacuzzi.

Located in a quiet alley off the busy main road. The owner and workers are all very friendly and hospitable.

Walked in, cause Booking said fully booked, well walked in to every single one pretty much, cause ya know I'm a finicky shopper. The whole street, every single building is a hotel, it's like that street in Miami (only reference point that comes to mind but probably true for all waterfront streets). So which do you choose? Talked with one, went into a couple more, something is always off. Maybe the decor, maybe the staff. Checking on Booking and Agoda, reviews, reviews. For this, Booking said, Fully booked for the night. Oh what the heck, lobby looked nice, and had a room left, not ocean front. I liked the vibe and the staff. Really lol all too cheerful. Asked to carry my luggage (I can make do: 1 tiny duffle). Shown up to 2nd floor (I say book for high floor and Ocean View) facing back. Curtains, flowers, renovated, refreshed, looks, feels new, clean floors (lol yes I noticed, I'm looking for these things) and a wee bit more toiletries than norm. Shower, good, a/c good. Big TV, didn't use. Forgot my Chromecast. Oh and a breakfast voucher. What I like is (if you get the ocean view) your balcony (along with few others in this particular spot) would have an unobstructed and uncluttered view of ocean, whereas other hotels further up or down would be looking at a parking lot or some trees. Across from GSB, it's a clearing, just grass. Like the owners/staff, got that family-run vibe. Attentive and ya know, cares a bit more cause it ain't just a job. Street full of hotels .. one after the other .. I went with this one, good bed, quiet, yup just what the doctor ordered.

We came during the off season on a weekday and got a great deal on an ocean view room with a patio and two queen beds. The rooms are really clean, comfortable, spacious, and luxurious. The hotel desk attendant is the owner's son and was very friendly. Their family owns a lot of the inns around the area and rent out electric scooters and bikes at a reasonable rate.

My family and I arrived there on 7/16. -Great location with a fantastic sea view just in front of my room. -A clean, tidy and cozy room with a balcony. - Nice clerk with great passion， always provide good service to us.i definately will invite my friends to come and visit next time. can book the room face the sea. not expensive,. The boss is nice. No breakfast provided. But room is tidy and comfortable.

A nice and clean little home stay not far away from the noisy and busy Kenting main street with the ocean view. Staff were very friendly and the home stay seemed recently renovated. We didn't know that there was construction work right next to our home stay. Home stay offered us free breakfast and free beer in the mini bar, nice gesture for the inconvenience. We will definitely come back to this nice little place when we come down to Kenting again. Thank you all for our lovely stay ?
