★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love it..Friendly staffs. Nice room, comfy beds and cot for the baby. Modern furnishing. Has free wifi and international power socket and usb ports. Self laundromat a plus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A lot of details are not very accurate. Their offer to have 20% discount on high speed rail is misleading. Actually, you can get it through the web with early bird booking.
Room Towels are very old, ask for replacement, they house keeping says that they do not have better towels.
Ask for late check out at 2 pm on Saturday, the front office very rigid, straight away say no without making any attempt, until I told them that I will post it on their web.
Hope that the staff can improve on their response and guest request.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed in a family room for four because the price was middle range, but certainly value for money for the service we received! all staffs were awe fully friendly. Wifi in our room was not working properly and they changed us to a bigger room with charges. Breakfast was acceptable (simply because the local traditional food is heavenly!) Hotel is located close to lots of dinner options. About 5 mins walk down south, there's a seafood open "restaurant", where customers dine at the pavement (the crowd was amazing on a typical Tue night when we were there!you won't miss it!) the food was divine! All in all, it was a good choice!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice hotel at a convenient location. Close by lots of restaurants and local eateries. The rooms we stayed at are very clean and the staff is very friendly at front desk. Breakfast buffet has many Chinese/Western style options, including made to order Tainan style beef soup as well! Highly recomended.
