★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Both ladies are friendly and attempt to be charming to make clients less concerned. They Sold me a necklace design that breaks OFTEN (every 2-3 months not wearing every day). When I want to exchange because their design is bad, they want me to pay. Before weighing necklace they disassemble and remove some of it to lower the price, but when I buy don’t need to disassemble. Original weight was 45 grams, after they shaving it’s less. Also bought when gold price crashed, now gold price is high, they offer me nearly $10,000ntd less than I originally paid them. Buyer beware!
