★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一つ一つ丁寧にその場で包みながら焼いてくれます。
ご夫婦でやってるのかな。女性が焼きながら接客。男性が奥でせっせと具を皮に包んでいく。それを見るだけで微笑ましい。もっといっぱい買えばよかった。
今回は牛肉と豚肉のおやきを頂きました。どちらも具の味付けが素晴らしく、鮮度の良い肉の味が感じられます。皮はモチモチでカリカリの焼き目で最高。
これを買って公園で食べたら気持ちいいだろうな。
ただ一つ気をつけないといけないがあります。肉汁がたっぷり閉じ込められているので、不用意に噛み付くと服がやられます。優しく堪能しましょう。

餅皮煎的金黃酥脆，內餡是簡單的蔥花、胡椒調味
給的很飽很滿，咬下去就是滿滿的湯汁
每口嘴裡餡跟皮的比例都很剛好
吃第一口建議稍微吸一下餡料的湯汁
湯汁往紙袋底部流掉就可惜了
價格真的很佛心，雲科必吃小點之一
