炸生蠔用的應該是地瓜粉 炸出來的麵衣能鎖住生蠔的鮮味
不過軍艦的生魚片能在增量或是用更高級的食材會更好 這個價位CP值不夠
What amazes me the most is the Angel Red Shrimp. The texture is dense and delicate. The skewers are grilled just right. The sauce is sweet and delicious.
The fried oysters should be made of sweet potato powder. The fried dough can lock the umami of the oysters.
However, the sashimi of the warship can be increased or it will be better to use more advanced ingredients. The CP value of this price is not enough.
