收費一次100元就要有基本的配備，很少看到《公有》停車場連無障礙電梯也沒有，就算沒有也至少在收費亭要標示，看到一堆左手抱嬰兒又要拿嬰兒車的父母，還有一堆擠在一樓出口紅線禁止停車區的老人家冒危險上車。
這停車場只打算給行動自如、無老人、無小孩、無孕婦的車主使用。

這個室內停車場有地下2層，汽車格數很多，ㄧ次收費100元。建議有需停長時間的汽車會比較划算。而且停室內不必曬太陽，等夏季來臨時，就會知道室內停車場的好處了!有附廁所，但廁所較為老舊些。
