Good meal

I legit come here everyday because I live so close by and I can confidently say Gonna has been superb. Food: 5/5. I've had every pasta on the menu, almost every salad, and almost every sandwich and everything has been consistently good. Funny enough, it's the skinny fries and aioli that I dream about. The carrot juice is also very good and makes me feel healthy (to counteract those skinny fries). Service: 5/5. The staff are great, they're somehow always on top of making sure your water jug is full. They are super fast and attentive, I feel like a squirrel with hawks circling over me, watching my every move like if I need another napkin. Price: this is biased because I'm an expat, but I have to give it 5/5. For locals, it definitely is not cheap. Having lived in major US metros like San Francisco and New York, a 300NT Asian Sesame salad (~11USD) would cost around ~18-20USD in the states after tax and tip. CP is high for me. Go on and get yourself some Gonna ?

Poor service, was urgent catching a southbound train, I ordered a latte and chips, I asked about the approximate waiting time, he said 10 mins so I walked out to wander around and came back after like 7-8 minutes and they saw me waiting at the pickup area, so many staff walking around…. And like after 20 minutes i politely asked whether my meal is ready or not, the cash register knew nothing and made no communication with the internal kitchen and let me keep waiting and after some time a female staff came and told me that my meal cannot be made because the gas pipes in the kitchen had a problem so I shook my head and rationally asked for a refund, omg the male cash register behaved as if it was his first day at work just simply stood there I told him I was in a rush and he ignored me, shouldn’t he be seeking help from other colleagues come on common sense right, and so another 5 minutes have passed, I wanted some tissue and a fork, I want fork before I bought so other food from else where, he said I need to pay $5 dollars is that ok? I laughed and gave him the $5 so he made me wait half and hr to see his show and he made five dollar sales from cutlery. I hope the owner sees this, and I’m happy to certify that the above accusation is totally true. Definitely won’t come again I guess, the food is nice (had it before at other locations) but service is very odd and unprofessional.

Great balance of healthy + tasty! Have tried a lot of things on their menu so far and they have all been really good - it's always hard to choose what to order when I go. Highly recommend. Great service too!

New healthy bistro managed by Taiwan largest travel agent Lion Travel. Buddha bowl and salad are good for vegetarian eaters. Good location at Q square, Taipei bus station. Add Line friend for membership perks.
