★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The correct name is "Goose Japanese Concept Cuisine". It's an eatery within a wet market that serves sashimi and other Japanese dishes, so the ingredients they use can't be any fresher. They serve set meals with no set menu - be pleasantly surprised by what you'll get. The people here are friendly and attentive. 5-star food, 5-star service in a unique setting. Definitely worth the time and stomach space.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The freshest shrimp chirashi there is! All my friends love it and consider it a best kept secret nestled in a farmer's market. It's pretty busy now but their food is consistently a 10/10. Salmon miso soup all you can drink is a nice addition to this stellar location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their flagship store is at Nantun. I tried the one at Beitun which is inside a wet market. Try their omasake set meals from NT800, NT1100 & NT1500. They do not serve noodle dishes though. However, the seafood are very fresh and its value for $.
