老闆很認真努力，味道也保持傳統的原味，超好吃
去骨鵝肉吃起來很爽快，

另外 黑，白 鵝翅膀，也是下酒最佳的良伴

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They really know how to handle goose meat! All the simple dishes with complicated taste and attention to details. We are impressed! Will be back to try other stuff on the menu. We have dry wide rise noodles with homemade meat sauce, rice noodles soup with goose meat, a cold cut plate of 1/4 goose front (breast w/o bones) and some other side dishes we ate before thinking about picture taking.
