2021.4 因爲先前都覺得狗狗在那邊有被完善照顧也服務的不錯所以推薦給鄰居朋友去之後也繼續再那邊買了卷。沒想到公司政策再度更動?(美容師聽說也換了一輪)買卷時候卻沒有任何告知,一開始想說沒關係至少狗狗權益都還在只是我自己麻煩了一點...但沒想到在現場等的時候看到的情況讓我驚訝。我真的不知道本來照顧狗狗情緒的店家怎麼會變成:趕著洗隨意弄繼續提出優惠吸引招募新會員繼續接客... 洗澡不算有包含小美容 跟以前服務差非常多 會員沒有完整權益 原先承諾過有的服務 買卷後發現都「因故」而「無法」包含 看得到的權益沒有那請問客人要如何知道狗狗洗澡美容沒有其他偷工減料呢? 畢竟成果真的是跟以前差很大 接的時候大炸毛連附的頸飾也沒有 詢問店家後得到的是理所當然的「沒有」 戴黑框眼鏡的男店員我猜是店長 可以在店內跟客人吵也可以決定退費事項 溝通技能非常糟糕 完全沒理解客人的話就一直自顧自講自己的 建議大家如果不是vip會員最好有心理準備 因為就算去禮貌詢問還是會消耗自己然後花一堆時間成本真的非常不值得。簡單的事會變得非常複雜... 店內標榜狗狗放鬆美容還有精油甚至營造的像spa館一樣..但事實是怎麼樣的呢? 我只知道那天在外面等狗狗的時候,看到美容師的不耐心還有對待狗狗的方式,是不懂狗狗的行為(或是忽視)、也非常趕時間的狀態。結果就是該修的地方沒修、不該修的地方整個剪歪剪壞然後說太短了很難剪?(hello有想過是誰造成的嗎)如果家裡的毛孩不是怕到不敢動、老到不想動、或人人好的個性... 帶來可能就是會增加心理壓力(像我看到的其他狗狗一樣)。 一個商家如果把自己營造的很五星級卻沒辦法提供像之前一樣相等的服務,甚至態度高傲用爛理由塘塞自己的過失,那大家是怎麼看這個行為? 今天要求客人去到現場退費,結果一直各種洗腦說客人好像一切都是個案一切都是客人的問題的單向溝通,然後大聲的說你今天來就是要退錢因為你覺得受委屈...演出種種的drama就為了要客人接受店家的作法,很難讓人認同。 希望沒有人再遇到如此奇耙的狀況以及不懂的如何處理問題的店家.. 不然可能要像其他客人一樣,遇到不講理的商家只能再去編理由說搬家或狗狗身亡才可以要求退費。 —- 電話溝通之後再度回訪,店長/老闆似乎換人了,制度也更改了讓預約流程正常順利,也誠懇的對先前的事情表達歉意,解釋老闆不希望因為多接客讓狗狗趕著洗(照顧到狗狗情緒這點很加分),所以回來補了兩顆星.. 至於為什麼不給到五顆星真的不好說唉.. 但我相信美容師盡力了,還是謝謝 我是分隔線———————————————— 很棒的環境、美容師也都很用心.... 可惜是個只照顧老客戶的店家。會員有折扣,但消費跟非會員一樣都要排候補(只讓老會員提前預約),所以我們又花錢去別家洗了一個月-因為一句:這幾個月都排滿了喔無法預約(除非你是老會員)。買的優惠項目後來突然不能使用因為公司政策改變(除非是老會員不然不能享有).... 在我們莫名奇妙的當下對方還很不客氣的說:「不然就退費啊好不好因為我們真的很忙啦抱歉」。 一開始的推銷買卷到後來的態度轉變讓人有夠傻眼。OK那我們退費,結果現在要退費毛又一堆,好累
