我在貴店購買主機,後來有一些疑問想說有路過能夠直接進來稍微詢問,結果得到非常不好的體驗與服務,先說明店員想法以及立場是正確的,從頭到尾一直很激動且音量很大的說明:如果要當行車記錄器還是強烈建議要買專業的行車紀錄器,GoPro是屬於紀錄生活用的,所以拿來當行車記錄器非常不建議...... 姑且先不論一開始看到我們拿主機進來就嘆氣跟態度大轉彎,這部分也許就有誤會或是我們敏感了,所有的說詞與態度一直很激動的好像怪我們沒有搞清楚就買,我們都接受自己沒有先理解就花了上萬元來購買這個產品,但在我們好聲好氣想要來詢問或給予產品上的建議時,店員同樣很不客氣的說: 這個設計是美國官方設計的,如果我們有問題要直接寫信到美國反應建議。 我今天作為一個客戶,對於GoPro 這種先進領導品牌的店員服務態度感到非常難過,今日我提出問題了,我也想建議店員這時候的回覆應該是可以更好的,例如: 軟體及硬體部分都是由美國總公司設計統籌,恐怕沒辦法從我們這裡反應設計上的問題或建議,如果我們直接寫信給總公司會有比較好的效益。 我不需要你們店員代替你們的產品做道歉或是表示不好意思的態度,但從這點就看得出來你們只管銷量,不管之後的售後服務。 再來,後來遇到的這位店員強調: 如果他當下知道買家是要拿來擋行車紀錄器是會特別強調與建議要去買專業的行車紀錄器。 我心想: 好 如果不能反應軟體上的改變那我可以建議店家該如何進步吧? 於是我回覆: 那能幫我建議你們店員嗎?我上次購買的時候明確是說我要拿來當行車紀錄器,不過那個店員並沒有像你這樣熱心的建議我們要用專業的行車紀錄器,能不能幫我們建議你們其他店員應該要像你這樣,而不是我們買了之後帶了點後悔感。 結果這位店員一樣回覆了前面的說詞像跳針似的一直說: 如果是要當行車他當下會強烈建議選擇他牌blah blah.... 我再次強調: 他沒有像你這樣熱心的建議 ,店員還非常質疑的問 是在哪裡買的,我說就在這間,店員就回: 喔那我就不知道了。 到這邊我非常訝異這是旗艦店的店員態度,你今天可以一句話就能讓我佩服打發我走: 好的我會跟同事建議詢問的,你連這樣一句話都不說,我也不會追究之後到底有沒有跟同事討論,但店員連基本的應對都沒有,GoPro旗艦店的店員產品專業我不敢說,但這幾乎對人基本的會話方式都讓人不敢恭維,我們應該也算是客戶吧。 還是不要來這間店買吧,只是一間不尊重客戶的店,只是問個小問題也被當奧客,真的很難過,以店家來看你們一顆星都不配。

The guy at the store was very nice and showed me everything I wanted to see. My chinese is bad, luckily the guy could speak some English and really made the effort to explain everything to me.

Absolutely the worst flagship store period. Low qty of inventory available. Came in and asked 3 most commonly purchase accessories and have none in stock. When asked about warranty question, staff can only tell me to call GoPro directly. Such service and attitude, no wonder no one will buy GoPro anymore.
