夠嗆麻辣香鍋 Gouqiang Mala Hot Pot(長安店) - Section 2

滷味口味普通湯頭有關東煮的味道。 麻辣香鍋食材沒有怪味或放很久的味道。

食物選擇多樣，店內販售罐裝飲料價錢便宜 當天點的是乾鍋，口感上我認為比較像會辣的滷味，味道就中規中矩 環境寬敞明亮，但吃完身上可能會有味道

麻辣香鍋小辣就滿辣的了 整體來說滿好吃的 只是拿起來價錢稍高 做成香鍋也要另外加價 一個人有菜有肉大概要250元以上 不過真的滿好吃的 很夠味 湯也可以喝 這次去可能是人手不夠 桌面放置很久都來不及收拾 整理完後也沒有很乾淨要再自己擦拭 介意的人可以外帶也可以享受到好吃香鍋??

服務還不錯，小菜選項還蠻多的，味道口味都不錯。環境也算乾淨，點菜的方式不像一般大家用手拿放到籃子，而且拿菜的牌子，也比較衛生。

口味不錯乾、湯可選，還有麻辣香鍋的口味，更香更有味。 套餐比較便划算，不過他配的我都不愛。 午餐時間動作有點慢，就算是用line先點餐還是要等

Awesome food and very nice owner.

After living in Beijing and experiencing their 'Dry Hot Pot' at Chuan Cheng Yuan (川成元）I honestly had low expectations at first, because the idea of a salty, spicy, oily dish in Taiwan is such a taboo. The first time I visited, I was underwhelmed by the lack of sodium and spice in the dish. However，after talking to the chef we came to an understanding that there had to be a change in taste in order to survive here in Taiwan. He let me know that I can order and ask for a more intense flavor (重口味）This means that it will be more spicy and salty. He also included a lot more szechuan peppercorns, so be warned...it will have a numbing effect. He still cooked the dish without a lot of oil, which I appreciated. The flavor was still different from my original experience with the dish, but so far I am still a regular customer. The store also has the regular Mala soupy mix and the Taiwanese stewed mix that you can find on the street. I have yet to try these two. Tune in for more updates!
