★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been here twice. A nice outdoor pool area. Rooms hot pools are a good size. A nice camp site up the road.

The only hot spring room is in under ground.
The hotel is a little inside so it will be easily to miss the road to come here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room and facility all look nice and all. Certainly 5 star feel. But after checking in, nightmare starts. First, shower in room does not have enough pressure, switches are defective. 2nd, customer service was horrible, every demand I asked, I got replied with a "no, we can't do that", never heard so many no's in a 5 star hotel. 3rd, staffs are obviously untrained and unprofessional in almost every department.
Only pro is the hotel is still new and food was great(not service, again)
