大約晚上6:50左右進門掛號,看了候診名單也確實有看到自己的名字,等了約30分鐘左右發現自己的名字不在名單上了,但因為名單在這期間也一直跳來跳去,所以也覺得自己的名字會跳回來。再過了10分鐘後,發現前面的人都看完了,護理師卻開始一直叫後面進來的人,所以才到櫃檯反映,但卻得到沒掛到號的回應,在當下才又幫我掛進去,所以我只好又繼續等待了10分鐘後才看到診。 當我到櫃檯反映掛號問題時,一旁是原先替我掛號的護理師,令我不解的是,那時她在旁邊說:「如果有看到自己名字,那應該還是在名單上吧。」雖然另一位護理師有幫我重新掛號,但這樣不積極的處理方式,讓空等30分鐘的我感到一頭霧水。若是我掛號當下是人來人往的狀況,會有差錯或偶爾發生錯誤也確實能夠理解,但是那時並沒有混亂的情形,在候診區的大家也都好好地等著。另外,這位護理師從我進到診所開始,口罩一直是戴在鼻子下方的位置。 這是我第二次到九如看診,因為頭一次的經驗是很好的,所以我也認為九如值得信賴,但這次的狀況讓我難以理解。

我是前陣子看診,今天稍微修改內容,在此之前也並沒有收到任何消息或回覆,請勿造謠 我看診當天告知這兩天開刀地方不舒服,醫生一直堅持是過敏關係,我傻眼完又問是否過敏會造成開刀地方紅腫,醫生也說不會。 請問一下醫生知道自己在說什麼嗎?我有沒有過敏我自己會不知道嗎? 我是傻眼後「多次」反覆確認是否會因為過敏造成紅腫,並不是「多次」說去醫院開完刀不舒服,拜託你不要扭曲看診時的對話。 我後來去其他診所看真的跟這位陳醫師的態度和回話方式差很多,疫情期間醫生壓力大不代表就可以如此對待病患,亂回答打發病患、不耐煩,不檢討自己扯這些只讓人覺得貴診所的專業程度和回話方式及態度十分荒唐還要病患體諒,真的非常可笑。 陳醫生真的非常扯,感覺您非常想下班,對於詢問的問題也很不耐煩。前陣子耳朵做手術,這兩天腫起來還會痛,跟醫生說明後他只”稍微”看了耳朵外觀就堅決沒有問題,還說耳朵不舒服是因為鼻子過敏????? 後來我詢問鼻子過敏會造成開刀地方腫或痛嗎?他還說不會??(那一直堅決只是過敏是在?) 然後不耐煩的說你真的擔心就回去找幫你開刀的醫生?? 回應態度好像我在找他麻煩一樣 整個看診我充滿問號 要這樣判斷我自己在家照鏡子就好去診所掛號幹嘛?有夠傻眼 看下面評論才發現也有人反應這位陳醫生看診非常不耐煩,下雨天還出門就是真的不舒服還被如此對待,希望這位陳醫生能有點職業道德

本身住台北市松山區,但因為Covid疫苗預約注射台北市全部被約滿了,所以隨機找了這家離捷運站非常近的醫院(雖然最後還是騎車去的)。 醫院本身環境不錯,而且護士人手非常多所以也不需要等太久。一進去先實名制量體溫再出示健保卡然後量血壓最後填個人基本資料然後等醫生叫名字。 醫師本身就照例行公事講了一些注意事項跟提醒就可以依序去打針了。 前後花費不到30分鐘算是蠻便利的。打完針也可以自己決定看要坐在外面等一下如果擔心有狀況也可以先自行離開。 唯一可惜的是打針前護士沒有秀藥瓶給我看一下做確認,當下我也忘了問,不過護士的技術很好不會痛沒什麼感覺,算是一個還不賴的打針經驗。
