每個公司 制度不同 工作程序 不同我可以理解 但都什麼年代了
還搞學長學弟制 詢問工作上的內容 要教不教的 非常冷漠 只會噴人 酸言酸語
難怪萬年缺人 要應徵的 三思阿

工作再久還是一樣的薪資，只能加班加到死賺加班費！

去面試生管，有一個女主管問話像問犯人一樣！
從頭到尾都沒說薪資福利，還要主動問，
臉都不笑，很嚴肅，一直問加班的問題，
最晚能加到幾點？最久能接受的加班時間？
我們禮拜六也要加班喔！有人加到半夜12點！
你會因爲什麼原因離職？你來公司會待多久？
我回這個無法保證耶！然後一直緊咬不放！
貴公司部門流動率很大嗎？
感覺就是把員工當機器人一樣？
面試經驗很差！
