Easy to walk around, and take a rest by the "river" bank. You can walk down, under the bridges, take your time close to the water. Many people take photos here when beautiful lights on, after the sun sets.
It's near the old railway station, and you can also visit the restaurants rehabilitated from the old buildings(houses).
At the end of the walkway, you can also find the snowflake taiwan pastry shop, which opens more than 3 generations.
I like this place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stay at a hostel near by and it’s perfect to take a promenade here at night. The light is awesome but there are a number of rats which made me a little sick.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place was crowded by people that bought ice cream from Miyahara Ice Cream since there is no place to sit and eat it there. I am so sad that it is so hard to find a place to put the rubbish here. So we need to take it with us until we find other place to throw it up. But actually, this place is so good since it is so beautiful. There is a big deer in the center of the river and the lights is so colorful.
