這根本詐欺的一家電信公司，對使用十年的老客戶都可以這樣對待
門市人員用話術綁客戶簽高合約期間、高資費的方案，還莫名其妙有一些額外服務，如果沒有仔細看帳單的話，就一直被額外扣錢。
然後我每個月繳高資費的方案，但結果網速只比被限速的客戶高一點點，去門市詢問，轉給總公司，總公司在今年五月時說會改善，結果這半年以來根本沒有改變！
今天再度聯絡總公司，總公司卻說全部都在合理範圍，要客戶多擔待！
對於這種公司，我已經不知道還能說什麼了，就這樣吧。

The store staff used words to tie the customer to the high contract period and high tariff plan, and some extra services were inexplicably provided. If they did not read the bill carefully, they would always be deducted extra money.
Then I pay a high tariff plan every month, but the Internet speed is only a little higher than that of the customers who are restricted. I went to the store to inquire and transferred it to the head office. In May of this year, the head office said that it would improve. As a result, this half year No change at all!
Today, I contacted the head office again, but the head office said that everything was within a reasonable range, and that customers should bear more!
For this kind of company, I don't know what else to say, so let's do it.
