★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 本人用亞太的號碼已不知道多少年了，這次因約滿要再續約，手機也挑好，門市人員告知需要三到五個工作天，卻於第四個工作天時才告知缺貨，此行為實在非常不可取！如缺貨，理應在訂貨的第一天或最晚隔天就要告知，而不是像個傻瓜一樣等了四天才被通知說缺貨，誠信原則到哪去了？換來的只是口頭道歉，很抱歉，忠實顧客如我，也無法繼續支持下去，本人實在無法接受把顧客當猴子耍的廠商。
I don't know how many years I have used the Asia-Pacific number. This time, I have to renew the contract because of the expiration of the contract. The mobile phone is also selected. The store staff told me that it would take three to five working days, but it was only on the fourth working day that it was out of stock. This behavior is really unacceptable! If it is out of stock, it should be notified on the first day of the order or the next day at the latest, instead of waiting like a fool for four days to be notified that it is out of stock. Where is the principle of integrity? What I got in return was just a verbal apology. I'm very sorry. I can't continue to support loyal customers like me. I really can't accept manufacturers who treat customers like monkeys.
