三次打給亞太客服,客服說需到門市親自辦理退租。 到門市店員服務態度非常的糟糕,搬出一堆理由不給退,對店員大聲講理,店員卻直接報警處理,來了三個員警。 三個員警+兩個店員共6個人,耗時近兩個小時,店員認輸終於退租成功。

2019/11月曾經申辦了一張30合約 到期日為2021/05月 於2020/12月前往貴門市主張要終止合約並支付違約金 該門市一名先生告知我無需主動提前終止 合約到期會自動失效 我當下即告知 我聽說過很多電信合約紛爭都是這樣來的 所以我今天要來主動解約 我願支付賠償金 該先生扔強烈堅持建議我配合繳納接下來到隔年五月的費用即可 違約金的金額比繳月費到隔年五月還多很多 誰知道是讓自己受氣的開始 時至今日還收到亞太電信給我的一紙民事訴訟狀 強烈建議大家抵制亞太 負責這起帳務糾紛的客服皮球丟來丟去 亞太沒人說得贏我 那只能請法務丟一只民事訴訟狀 真的可笑
