★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 抹茶白玉乳酪蛋糕：茶味香濃、甜度適中
Oreo 布朗尼：巧克力味濃、Oreo 的脆畫龍點睛。但是整體偏硬，不確定是不是因為天氣太冷。
 Matcha Shiratama Cheesecake: Rich tea flavor and moderate sweetness
Oreo Brownies: Chocolatey, Oreo's crisp finish. But the overall is hard, not sure if it is because the weather is too cold.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 蘋果乳酪超超超好吃！肉桂控會愛死！餅乾很脆配上濃濃乳酪及肉桂味～??
但是生乳酪就普普通通～感覺吉利丁加太多，有點果凍感，可以跳過。
草莓巧克力磅蛋糕也不錯??
蠟燭是加購$8很可愛～很多款式可以選。

The apple cheese is super super delicious! Cinnamon lovers will love it! The biscuits are very crispy with thick cheese and cinnamon flavor~??
But raw cheese is just ordinary~ I feel that there is too much gelatin added, and it feels a little jelly, so I can skip it.
Strawberry chocolate pound cake is also good??
Candles are very cute with an additional purchase of $8 ~ many styles to choose from.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 從goggle上看到很期待可以到店內吃甜點順便休息，結果現在沒辦法開放內用?（還好旁邊有711可以當作避難所）
但是乳酪蛋糕非常好吃，一片90可以吃到高品質的奶油乳酪和酒漬果乾，搭配起來讓這片蛋糕多了很棒的風味！
另外的磅蛋糕可以考慮兩個人一起享用，吃得出來奶油品質不錯，一塊100左右cp值很夠，不過需要配上飲品喔～不然可能會有點膩?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 之前3月去的時候 剛好碰上店家連休?（大家可以先在fb看一下休假表……不要跟我一樣白跑一趟！ 正值抹茶季於是把店裡的兩種抹茶都買了（巴斯克跟一般的抹茶蛋糕）喜歡吃起來奶香味重聞起來抹茶香的人可以選巴斯克！如果跟我一樣是喜歡吃起來也超抹的選小山抹茶白巧克力蛋糕！（btw如果配個茶或咖啡應該會更棒！推薦大家有來花蓮玩可以去買～記得要早點去喔 不然容易賣完！
When I went there in March, the store just happened to have a series of holidays? (you can check the vacation schedule on FB first...don't make a vain trip like me! It was the matcha season, so I bought both kinds of matcha in the store (Pakistan Scree and ordinary matcha cake) Those who like to taste milky and smell of matcha can choose Basque! If like me, you can choose Oyama matcha white chocolate cake that tastes super smooth! The coffee should be even better! It is recommended that everyone who comes to Hualien can buy it~ Remember to go early or it will be sold out!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most of cakes are too sweet to eat for me. Especially the white chocolate one?. But the 玫瑰焙茶生乳酪 was exactly right. I wish I have chance to try their lemon pie later. I visited 2 times, they didn’t have it. Such a lovely shop is eco friendly! You got discount if you bring your own containers ??????
