9006路線，最近服務實在有待改善，目前已經是網路時代，全台路線包含高鐵/客運/捷運/公車，發車時刻的訊息都能藉由手機查詢，所以民眾會配合到站以便準時搭乘，但是你們的效率不佳，在最近特別嚴重，造成民眾行程延誤相當不便，反應也未見改善。
此次又嚴重脫班 12/10許多乘客在基隆長庚默默等車，11:00、11:28都未準時發車，造成民眾困擾，從未改善，連一顆星都不符合。服務品質極度不良，令人搖頭有待加強！
