澎湖特色的炸粿
都是用類似本島蚵嗲的做法
除了上下用麵粉漿包裹
裡面會放菜餡料
只是本島蚵嗲是放在裡面
澎湖是把蝦子放在上面
不過澎湖的做法個人不愛
此外，炸春捲真的就是把春捲拿去炸
不過外皮非常酥脆，應該不是一般的春捲皮
裡面的餡料比較單純
都是切碎的青菜
個人一樣不愛
但是這間店生意不錯
也有不少當地人在買
大家有空不妨也可以試試看

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 還是吃不太習慣澎湖的炸粿和炸春捲（不知道到底是高麗菜調味怪還是高麗餡不適合油炸.就是有一種怪味道.大池的也是同怪味.但是山珍的炸粿和建國的炸春捲又不會.搞不懂）炸米糕淡淡的糯米香和甜比較可以試試
