I heard that the seascape there is very beautiful, and it is a popular attraction of net beauty, so I specially drove to the pilgrimage today. In addition to going directly from Taitung to the east coast and heading south, you can generally take the Nanhui Highway from Fenggang in Pingtung, you can also go east from Pingtung Checheng and enter Mudan Township, or from Kenting, take Jia'e Highway and go north through Manzhou Township. Peony Township. I choose the fourth option, because it can pick up the beautiful scenery along the way, including the Puding Prairie and Jia'e Highway. But the road here in Manzhou Township is not very wide, so be careful when you go here. The seascape along the coastline of Xuhai Road is super beautiful, which is the kind of beauty of the seascape in the entire eastern Taiwan. There are parking lots and public toilets at the entrance of Xuhai Grassland, and parking for small cars is 50 yuan. However, those who have mobility impairments and need help may have to avoid the beautiful scenery of Xuhai Grassland. Because it belongs to the nature of the trail, there are both climbing and stairs, and people with physical disabilities may find it very difficult!

Xuhai Prairie is located on the gentle hilltop of Mudanbi Mountain in Xuhai Village, Mudan Township. There are tourist information stations, parking lots, trails, pavilions and other facilities in the park. We have visited quite a few times. There is no one at all. The trail from the parking lot to the pavilion is under renovation. The road is a bit muddy. Starting from the pavilion, it takes about 20 minutes to circle the Xuhai Prairie. It should be the most beautiful place on the prairie with the Pacific Ocean. In addition, there are several places where you can step out to enjoy the prairie scenery. By the way, there is an ecological trail next to the viewing platform that leads to Xuhai Village, which is about Xuhai Fishing Port. Nearby, if you are interested, you can try to walk around!

Entering from the old Nanhui via Shouka, the road is very easy to walk but it is quite far, and there is a cement mountain road to go to Hahai Village. If you really want to go there, you must have great perseverance. The parking fee for a small car is 50. The so-called tourist center is a Open the toilet, there is a high platform to overlook the sea, the "prairie" is a plain opened up on the top of the mountain, there is a small weather station, there are many mountain peonies on the side of the road, and there is still grass on the upper side, you can walk to another hill or the seaside fishing port under the mountain. , it's raining, muddy and hornets (should be) circling around you. I'm a little scared. Fortunately, there is a place to wash your feet, otherwise I don't know how to get on the car. On the return journey, it is recommended to go back the same way and pick up platform 1 from Peony Reservoir, otherwise take platform 26 from Xuhai, the sea view is very beautiful at first, and it is quite far to go south to Hengchun. After staying in the south for one night, I "specially" went to see it, because it is really far away, and there are no other scenic spots in the middle that can be connected. I personally don't want to go there again.
