★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For all the gaijin. This is a naked single sex place. Women turn left and men turn right. Once inside pull back the curtain strip off completely shower and slip into the muddy 44.5 °C water with a bunch of other guys. The other pool is much colder and there are two areas to sit and chill. An interesting experience for a novice. The water is very nice though and i felt very good afterwards. Just dont think you will be sat with your girl in a hot pool chilling in your swimsuit. If thats what you want dont go here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its very bizarre You rent a hotel room with a deep soaking tub similar to an onsen. The hot water is muddy and that's it. There might be a spring somewhere but this is what my friends took me to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ View is not good enough but you might enjoy the hot spring there. I would suggest visit there in autumn. Or, take a stroll at Hongye park which nearby Guanziling Hot Spring to enjoy the maple in autumn.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice and quiet spa town. Water is muddy a bit slippery little sulphuric. There's bus running from rear chia yi station hourly. And it takes about an hour thru country side.
