The service is really really bad. Today, my husband and friends were thinking about buying gifts for me. After all, my husband doesn’t know much about brands. The clerk felt that my husband had no money and should not introduce it, but it was true I'm also sorry that my husband really went to the wrong store for me (he came back and asked me which jewelry is yours? I said it wasn't G but H, did you go to the wrong store again... I laughed madly), sorry I want to buy it It’s Hermès….but your store has a hard time letting me walk in and shop. Seriously, don't make a decision based on what you're wearing, you'll miss out on better clients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 我們在找進去門市的入口剛好店員就走過來開紅龍不是給我們進去反而是給前面已經有朋友的人進去 然後請我們稍等 然後過沒多久就出來一位了 我們在外面等好一陣子也沒人過來接待 不知道是不是覺得我們買不起所以不放我們進去嗎? 感覺很差所以我們就走掉了。去台北門市也不會這樣子啊。是不是我們穿的不夠有錢所以進不去呢?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 跟女友按照規定進行排隊,店員請我們在外稍等,之後來了一群人排在我們後面,其中一位就噗斯噗斯發出聲響把店員叫過去說他要取貨然後另外兩位夥伴要逛逛,又經過一下後店員就讓那位要取貨的小姐以及他的另外四位友人先行進去
看到自己排那麼久,不過只是因為後面的某一個人要取貨,其他人就也能順理成章進去就覺得莫名奇妙,不是應該按照規矩進行排隊嗎?讓取貨的進去就算了,連其他人也進去,個人認為非常不合理,難道沒有消費就不用最到最基本的尊重?之後要購買東西也不會想到這間店消費,可以請該店櫃員跟隔壁Burberry櫃員學習嗎,什麼叫做接待禮儀

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 前日去門市詢問長夾與名片夾,服務櫃員Selisa 一開始很客氣的招呼,詢問款式布料偏好是素面還是花俏,也沒特別多想,於是就回答素面的款式,緊接著櫃員就拿出些素面的款式進行介紹,挑選過程中,看到展櫃下方有一款經典款,就詢問「請問這個也可以看看嗎?」,也許感興趣的皮件是屬於布料花俏的款式,觸動到了她敏感的神經,馬上開啟了口氣跩又酸的碎念模式,瘋狂一陣輸出「你不是要素面嗎?」「欸這件不是素面」「所以我才拿素面的出來」,一副浪費她寶貴的時間,不也就幾秒的時間從抽屜拿出來,瞬間也少了購物的興致,就也不占用她太多時間趕緊地離開了。
不曉得是穿上高級品牌的制服也順勢將態度升級了傲嬌的優越感,口吻態度是個人修養,但職業精神還是得有吧,開幕人潮繁多總是一組接一組,但我們也得乖乖在門口排隊入內,彼此以禮相待有何難呢…
