聖誕節的時候去購買蜜粉餅 結果買到保存期限不到一年的產品(總使用年限是三年) 事後他們簡訊發來滿意度調查 在滿意度調查中反應到使用期限的問題 完全被忽略了 沒有任何的回饋及關心 或許貴公司覺得只是單單買一個蜜粉餅的客人不太需要關心吧 但也不知道公司對於即期品定義在哪裡?雖然還有一年的使用時間,但販售使用期限不到三分之一的產品給客人 不知道是合理還是不合理? 重點是既然顧客反應滿意度調查也沒有用的話,那要顧客填寫的意義是…?! 請大家購買的時候一定要注意一下使用期限喔! (購買日期是2021/12/23,製造日期是2019/12,使用期限是三年到2022/12月)

全台灣唯一一間有彩妝品的門市 服務人員沒什麼靈魂 問什麼回答什麼? 不會多加介紹跟推銷 客戶沒有壓力沒錯 但是像我這種想要買更多東西的客戶 就會想說算了 買這樣就好 結束?

很好的購物體驗,入店先隨意逛逛沒什麼壓力,大概3-5分鐘後有來詢問想找什麼商品,也順利的查到庫存,很細心仔細的幫我包裝! 除此之外,非常推薦Max ! 從品牌歷史,商品製造工藝,設計理念都了解的很清楚,沒有推銷的感覺很舒服 ! 本身我自己也非常喜歡GUCCI這個品牌,但海外其他地區的銷售並不會跟你說太多(遇到的大多臭臉迎人?),也很少會有像Max一樣把每個産品的發佈時間,數量及工藝記的那麼清楚,真的服務很棒又非常專業??

日曜日の12時頃お邪魔しましたが、 他にお客さんはおらずゆっくり見れました。 店内もかなり広くて三越よりもみやすいかと思います。買いたいものの在庫の有無を電話で伺った時もスムーズに対応してくださいました。日本みたいな丁寧なサービスというよりは、フレンドリーでキビキビしてると言った印象でした。子供にも風船くださったりと気を遣ってくださいました!またお邪魔します〜

When I called to ask if the item I wanted to buy was in stock, he responded smoothly. Rather than the polite service like in Japan, I had the impression that it was friendly and responsive. Worst experience ever. We are long term Gucci customers. Since over 15 years are shopping with them around the world. Today on 27.05. at about 2 pm we visit the Gucci Taipei 101 store. We already used this store before and while the service is normal OK today it was a nightmare. First they don’t let us in. We have to wait because they are telling it was to full. It wasn’t. Even sales agents standing around and don’t do anything. When we complain the very rude and unprofessional lady let us in. I ask for the manager to complain. But they don’t want to understand me. Than another unfriendly and unprofessional sales woman arrives. But can’t even provide a basic level of service. I mean Taiwan is such a beautiful and friendly country. Even in the smallest store the team is more friendly. But at the Gucci store in the Taipei 101 only unfriendly and unprofessional people seem to work. It’s a big shame for Gucci. Really never seen something like this around the globe. Spend my money with another brand. I am sure they don’t care. But I will not care to spend their any money as well. Gucci need to immediately train the team to give a least the minimum service that high net worth individuals can expect.
