★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The ambience is really nice. But I’m not sure if it deserves the Michelin 2 star title.
We ordered 5 dishes, shredded tofu, spicy beef, sautéed eggplants, pork dumplings, and turnip cakes. The dishes were too greasy and you can certainly find better ones in other places in Taipei.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hot appetizers were nice to try more again. The best one was pig tails unexpectedly which was tender and full of flavors. However,the rest didn’t stand out for Michelin two stars. The space was not quiet for fine dining.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very amazing and delicious Chinese food. The chicken soup was very impressed. I like beef rib the most which was also their most popular dish. The private room was very quite, and vibe and service are both very good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitely an off day when I went. Some of the food ingredients had gone bad. Service was generally ok but management refused to refund the spoiled items. In my opinion, the whole meal should not be charged.
It is incomprehensible that any food establishment serve anything that had gone bad.
Understand that it was probably an off day (the power was out multiple times that week in Taipei) and perhaps the refrigeration units were not working. However, if that were the case, management should have just closed the restaurant for the time being

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food just ok, service appalling. No research in the food nor the presentation, just regular decent tasting Chinese food. Service of the same level of any low level mass eatery: dishes rushed in one after the other, in a couple of times the waiter just placed the dish next to me on the table as I was still eating the previous one, completely amateurish and goofy. No dish introduction by the maitre. Does not deserve any Michelin star, sorry. The experience is not up to par with a Michelin star restaurant. Not even remotely. Who at Michelin gave it two stars?? Ridiculous

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food: I could see each dish was prepared carefully and cooked with skills. Generally they were delicious. However, this is a Michelin 2-star restaurant so how can I expect anything lower? The vegetable dishes were just on-par with any above-average restaurants in Taipei.
Service: I had been at several Michelin restaurants and have to say the service is below average. Not that it’s bad but it’s just not up the norm.
Ambiance: it’s ok. Nothing more and nothing less.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Depends on what you order, experience could be different. Some dishes are not very satisfied. Services are above average. Environment is good. Red bean desert was very good. Beef with green onion cakes are excellent.
