老闆&高高教練都非常親切～ 每週四淑女之夜超級佛心，相約跟姐妹們一起來動一動很舒暢??還有很多駐場狗狗一起陪練?

空間寬敞舒適、器材類型多元而且老闆人很好。健身房還有還有提供場租服務，時間配合很彈性，推薦給大家！！

健身房內設備齊全，從機械式器材、半固定式cable 、多功能戰繩壺鈴以及伸展教室。老闆人很親切，有問題都可以做詢問！！

在益身練了一年多，有問題也會請教老闆，老闆總是耐心指導如何使用器材及訓練注意事項等等，非常感謝? 一開始總是瞎練，但後來經過指導後也逐漸有成效，肌肉量從原本只有40%到現在50%以上摟！

器材多樣性，空間寬廣，運動起來非常舒適。空氣流通，老闆和藹可親，運動起來身心舒暢?

老闆小牛以前也是騎腳踏車的車友，懂的如何改善騎車所需的肌肉痠痛，是專業的教練

Pros are it has mostly everything and at 100ntd the price is alright although some of the equipment can cut you vs. gyms in Taipei. Con are it can get hot and the younger skinnier guy with black glasses who works the front desk during they day has an unprofessional attitude. He asked me to pay 150 ntd the second time I went (first time was a different person). At which point I then let him know I paid 100 ntd the first time with the other person at reception. This immediately put me on guard to scalping but I gave him the benefit of the doubt. Third time he insisted he had given me a loyalty card the second time I went (he never did, only tried to charge me 150 ntd) and told me because I’d lost it I couldn’t get a new one. He finally took my temperature twice because he forgot to tell me my temperature on sign in so I could write it down. All that is to say the guy is all over the place. If the professionalism is fixed this is a 4 or 5 star gym for the price. Otherwise 2 stars as no place is worth paying for if they don’t treat you with equal parts politeness to your own.

I was a member here for about 1.5 years while living in Tainan. It's clean and has all the equipment you could ask for. Equipment is also very well maintained. Affordable and no sales gimmicks like the big chains, and less crowded too ?
