★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought the kids (5, 7 and 12 yr) over for a private class and all of us (including 2 adults) loved the experience. Super friendly and patient instructor/owner Jimmy, he set up a ninja course for us and modified the difficulty according to everyone’s ability. We had a great time, highly recommend.

She put me and my friend through a functional movement workout and was extremely helpful with explaining the movements as well as watching to make sure we were performing the movements correctly and safely. I would highly recommend working with Angie and letting her assess your abilities and help you improve your fitness level!
