It was a terrible experience!! The manager was of no help what so ever. We talked via email so I wouldn't waste my time going, for a second time, for him to tell me he wouldn't notarize my document. He told me what I need and I had it and he allowed me to make another appointment all for him to turn me down AGAIN. I literally went to a different notary the same day and they notarized my document within 20 min…. Keep in mind all this man needed to do was notarize a document to show my signature was genuine.(that I was the person signing). This was to get my sons birth certificate certified. He claimed he knew the process better than the agency I was going through. I will never go back nor recommend this place! Terrible customer service!!!! It was a horrible experience! (I am the signatory). This is to get my son's birth certificate certified. He claims he understands the process better than the agency I'm going through.
