一?是給H&j這個品牌
一開始在門市購買包包說有有問題都有提供售後維修服務
前幾個月去問 門市小姐還很親切說可以幫我處理 前兩天帶包包去要維修 卻說公司現在沒有售後維修請我自己想辦法
然後說要請公司客服跟我聯絡
客服完全沒有跟我聯絡
還要我自己上fb找客服
重點是客服還推卸責任說他們沒有問題 叫我自己去外面維修
真是可笑的公司

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 當初買褲子等很久，聽說是大陸製的，售後服務非常的差，維修費貴到不合理，而且褲子味道非常的重，洗很多次才洗得掉，Cp值非常低，他們是說天然的染劑味道才那麼重，我是不太相信啦，花那麼多錢購買他們商品，處理態度卻這麼消極，不會再買第二次了，非常失望！ 連一顆星都不夠格

今天去購買進店一開始就看到店員坐在櫃檯完全沒有想要起來服務的樣子。
等到在看我在弄包包鈕扣打不開時才來教我，教完後態度依然冷漠。
直到我說要購買包包跟發熱衣時才比較熱心的介紹有折扣或有新款。
同樣的H&J
之前在台中的"百貨公司"購買，店員的態度就非常親切。
反倒是在"台南家樂福"的，不知道在冷漠什麼。
可能是一開始看我是個妹妹，只看不買，才這麼冷淡的吧？早知道就在台中的H&J買就好～
