★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 衣服一堆尺寸缺貨, 問店員時盡然被告知現場沒貨就沒有, 門市不會幫忙調貨, 也不會叫總部補貨.
店員包東西時, 是全部衣服一起塞進袋子裡, 不會折好平平的放進去, 人數也常常不足.
A lot of the clothing sizes for suit were out of stock. When I asked the staff member, I was told if I don't see what I want on display, then I won't be getting it. They wouldn't call the headquarter to restock, nor were they willing to call other outlets to see if they can transfer the item I wanted to this particular store.
When the checkout clerk packed my shopping. He crammed everything into the bag instead of folding them and putting them in neatly.
They're often short on staff as well. Don't have anyone around to help you.

Not only she was super professional and helpful, but also made my shopping experience extra pleasant by being sweet and nice, which you won't see often in Taiwan unfortunately. Just want to thank all H&M for making our customers' life easier especially if we don't speak Chinese.
