★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 106年上半年交屋,108年中入住.本棟經常性住戶少於50%,假日來住的戶數也有一些.自住型大樓,投資者應該不易獲利.整體住戶目前感覺尚可,因為坪數(室內+陽台+雨遮=40坪)較大,所以租戶比較少.社區到關渡中央北路口實際距離10公里,到內科20~22公里,到台北車站21~22公里;對通勤者不友善.
