★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 在店內體驗擂茶DIY,附上兩樣點心（抹茶杏仁牛軋糖＋麻糬）大家輪流用陶製研磨棒分別將茶葉，黑白芝麻粒，花生顆粒磨碎成泥狀，感謝親切的店員不時來指導跟加油，最後終於喝到香濃的擂茶，搭配冷泉米顆粒是絕配。
後來還喝到冰沙口味擂茶。老闆與老闆娘研發低溫烘培五穀雜糧比較不會燥熱。有機會再來喝養生擂茶。
Experience Leicha DIY in the store, with two desserts (matcha almond nougat + mochi).
