這是我有始以來剪過最讓我生氣的一次,理髮師是格林,我在前一家店對她的印象是很細心,但是不知道是不是趕行程,她也沒跟我討論怎麼剪,我跟她說想要剪頭髮內彎進來的類型,她剪之前說可以,剪完後說我的頭髮跟別人不一樣,所以。。。但是其實我在其他家店是有剪出來的,她當場用吹風機幫我吹成內彎的髮型。但這些都不是最大問題,為啥剪刀那麼鈍還硬剪,我從頭都被用三層削薄刀剪,我原以為她會在用一般剪刀幫我細修,但是其實她只想用吹風機跟我交代一下,一般人因為已經剪完了,不滿意在店裡再跟妳吵也沒有用,但是我真的非常失望,我也是一般客人,妳為了趕行程,我這頭髮也是十分鐘剪完,我也是是付一樣的錢,我在妳還在前一家店時也是你的忠實顧客,那時剪髮細心,也會一直調整,直到有次妳為了趕行程給我亂剪,我才再也不去,這次去只是又恰好知道這家店有認識的設計師,我才又來試試,但兩次糟糕的體驗已經夠了,為了下一個顧客,提醒妳,鈍掉的剪刀真的要打磨,我這次回來洗頭完,每根頭髮都受損,而且用三層剪刀剪出來的頭髮每個都在亂翹,我不會再關顧妳了,謝謝。
