I arrived at the site early that day, the designer was not there, and there was another group of guests waiting at the same time. The designer didn't give any notice when he arrived at the site, and didn't explain the reason for serving the other group of guests first, so he asked me to sit and wait. Why didn't the appointment time be arranged? I am very sure that I made an appointment in advance by directly asking what time I can make an appointment on that day, or I have left a phone number or added a LINE. What are the reasons why I didn’t notify or call to communicate, or communicate on the spot? It feels very bad to make an early appointment and wait for no reason!
