老闆娘站在櫃檯回覆:現在不行 1小時後可以嗎?
(可是當時店裡只有3位客人 2位設計師)
我和妹妹只好先到就近對面的餐廳吃飯等待
不到1小時內的時間打電話來告訴妹妹說現在可以過來剪了 可是我們的飯菜才剛上 在電話中也有告知
但是當我們吃完飯再過去的時候
老闆娘卻ㄧ附臭臉並且態度惡劣的直接告知:我們不想接了!因為妳們沒有時間觀念!
我和妹妹當場傻眼⋯重點是當時店內1位客人都沒有
我回覆老闆娘:我們不是有在電話中告知我們就在對面吃飯 也告知了飯菜才剛上嗎?
可是老闆娘卻說:妳們吃完飯了還在門口抽菸!
請問 吃完飯抽菸這個習慣礙到妳了嗎?
還是妳打從心裡歧視抽菸的人所以不想幫我們剪了?
一開始我們去詢問 妳說不行要我們等1小時
我們願意等了
也在過程中做到告知 卻得到這種態度回應
後來我和妹妹去髮漾 現場不用等
服務品質和態度都很好
跟我談尊重?我只能說
希望得到他人的尊重前 請先檢視自己的態度吧!
如果開店做服務這麼容易對客人有情緒甚至訓話
真的可以認真考慮退休⋯⋯
Ps.看您的回覆 果然是因爲客人有飯後抽菸的習慣而您卻因爲客人抽菸沒有先行告知您而怒氣沖天甚至對客人態度不佳並訓斥 還有 本人ㄧ切如實陳述 內容全無造假或捏照 您過年忙 我也很忙 我家附近沙龍很多 也不一定要在您家剪頭髮 如日後情緒不佳並會將情緒帶給客人 請您調整好心態再開店服務 謝謝!

用翻白眼的態度跟客人說「要有時間觀念」?
叫我們等一個小時 也跟櫃台小姐說那先去對面吃飯
剛開始問妳價錢的時候就已經不耐煩了
5點打電話來5:08到櫃檯 直接用很靠北的語氣說不幫我們剪了
說我們在外面抽菸所以不能幫我們剪?
還一副想跟客人吵架的樣子?
店裡面才一個客人一個設計師?其他座位全空
不能剪就直接說不能剪人手不足就可以了
對客人訓話是你們的服務態度嗎?
這附近這麼多salon真的不是一定要在妳家剪耶
店裡也沒客人到底態度這麼差是?
後來去旁邊的young hair態度也很好也馬上幫我們安排剪髮
單剪髮一樣價位800元,真的不要來這裡踩雷
最後在young hair花了一萬多好開心
設計師又漂亮又專業服務又很棒?
服務人員全部都客客氣氣的,
也算是因禍得福!
