★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 設計師姐姐Kitty人超親和噠☺️ 不管要做什麼之前都會先溝通，單純修剪也會先詢問要剪齊的還是有弧度的、長短也會二次確認，連我頭髮的髮況也一下就看出來並提供意見，雖然忙碌但還是保持專業也很細心！！
不會像某些美髮廳連問都沒問就直接打了層次，小圓丘是很棒的一次體驗，對於價格也是詢問了好幾間才決定這裡、 CP值高，這次的消費很高興。

當天預約2:00並且有指定設計師。準時抵達後乾等到2:40設計師才來跟我討論，全程完全都是助理幫我施作，而助理施作很不仔細，漂劑和染膏不斷的沾到我的臉頰和額頭，連衣服也沾到，洗不掉，那件衣服也得丟了，花錢染髮還賠掉一件衣服。
不知道貴店指定設計師和預約時間的意義是什麼。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 前一個禮拜已預約，且當天提早到達，結果等超久，等10幾分就算了，結果不是；坐在那邊等了一個多小時，那我幹嘛還要預約，這樣已經失去預約的意義，有本事接洽客人，就要有能力服務客人，非差差勁的服務，讓人無法信任的感覺。
